Terms of Engagement

The terms are a little different depending who you are and what your company setup might be.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales insist that we provide you with details of our “terms of engagement”. These, inevitably, are full of legal jargon.

We used to include links to our standard terms here but, after only a handful of clicks in several years, we decided it perhaps wasn’t the most popular section on the website. So, instead, we thought we’d summarise it as follows:

“Put simply, the terms are a promise. If you tell us everything you should, at the right time, then we will do everything we should, at the right time”.
149 characters. Almost short enough for a tweet.

One other point to draw your attention to is the rules about Money Laundering. It explains why we have to see proof of ID and address before we can act.

If you would like to request a copy of our terms, feel free to contact us.
